Can I try Pro without a credit card?
Apple's standard 7-day intro offer applies — you tap 'Start free trial' in onboarding (or from Settings later), Apple charges $0 today, and you can cancel any time before day 7 without paying. The cancellation flow is at Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, not buried in our app.
What happens if I cancel?
You drop to the Free tier at the end of your current billing period. Everything you've already tracked stays on your iPhone — no data is deleted, no features that worked offline stop working. You just lose access to doctor-report generation, the AI narrative, Watch features, and Spouse Mode.
Is there a monthly option?
Yes — Hermly Pro is also available at $7.99 per month. The yearly price is significantly better per-month and matches the cadence of how you'd actually use the doctor reports (a few visits a year, not weekly).
Family Sharing?
Hermly Pro is enabled for Family Sharing — one subscription unlocks Pro for everyone in your Apple Family. Each person's health data stays on their own device, of course.
What about students or financial hardship?
Email [email protected] with a one-line description of your situation. We approve the vast majority — chronic illness shouldn't be a subscription problem on top of everything else.
Will the price ever go up?
For users who subscribe before our public launch, no — your price is locked at the rate you joined at, for as long as you stay subscribed. We may raise the price for new sign-ups later, with at least 30 days' notice.
